About me
Listen first. Understand context. Connect the dots. Then act.
I’m a multicultural professional with roots in Japan and Bangladesh, working at the intersection of cross-cultural communication, public engagement, and operations. My academic background in International Relations examined Religion and Socioeconomic Dimensions of Begging in Bangladesh and Halal Food in Japan, and the Development of a Multicultural Society— exploring how culture, religion, and policy shape social systems.
My experience spans public sector coordination, event and media management, marketing, and international environments where diverse stakeholders must collaborate under pressure.
At my core, I believe in creating “居場所” — spaces where people feel they belong and perspectives can meet constructively.
Outside of work, I am passionate about photography, sustainability, and conserving nature. I value work that balances development, community, and environmental responsibility.
I am open to opportunities across cultures and sectors where thoughtful communication and execution matter.

Beyond My Professional Roles

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP

Questioning belonging and amplifying unheard voices in public dialogue.
As a participant and advocate in a year-long multicultural coexistence program, I explored identity and the meaning of “ibasho” in Japan. I later presented a proposal amplifying 当事者の声 before public and academic leaders.
